Idyllwild Coffee Company LLC. provides fresh roasted and ground coffee to order. For this reason, we do no accept returns on coffee products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at concierge@idyllwildcoffee.com so we can make your expierence with Idyllwild Coffee Company LLC top-shelf. For returns on all other items, email concierge@idyllwildcoffee.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt. All items must be in brand new condition.
